Vladimir Anatolyevich Lyubrovskikh is the executive director of ANO “Regional Union of Martial Arts of the Perm Krai” (RSBI PK), trusted representative of the President of the Russian Federation, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Perm Krai. He heads the association of regional combat sports federations, coordinates the holding of official tournaments and athlete licensing.

Biography
Vladimir Anatolyevich has been working in the field of martial arts for over 30 years. Under his leadership, the RSBИ of the Perm Krai became the key regulator of combat sports in the region, uniting numerous martial arts federations. Thanks to his efforts, fighter training standards meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation have been introduced in the Perm Krai. He is a trusted representative of the President of the Russian Federation and a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Perm Krai.
